We sell and ship electric fireplaces. Our typical shipment comprises between 20 and 50 products. We use boxes of different sizes, which we then stack on pallets. On average, we ship approximately 15 pallets.

To organize shipments, we need to know how many boxes of what size to order, since each product has a unique dimension. To do this, the warehouse requires clear and specific packing instructions. Before 3DBP we used to do all of our packing manually. We guessed what box sizes to order and how to stack our pallets. Only then we were able order our shipments. It’s clear to see that this process was labor-intensive, prone to mistakes and completely inefficient.
